Video & Audio Analysis
The defendant was appealing a charge of attempting to commit murder of a police officer during a vehicle stop.
Our forensic video analysis disproved claims that the defendant fired at officers and exposed flaws in the officer’s testimony regarding about firearm acoustics. Our findings showed the conclusion lacked an expert basis, contributing to the charge being dropped.
Extraction, Analysis & Consulting
The defendant was accused of misconduct toward his adopted granddaughter.
We extracted data from multiple phones in the case and was able to find evidence showing the alleged victim was not being truthful.
Phone Analysis
The defendant was found with contraband (phone) in prison and had contraband material.
He was being charged with seven counts on the cell phone.
We were able to show that the contraband material was downloaded during the time the cellmate was using the phone, not the defendant. The prosecution was not able to connect the contraband material to the defendant, resulting in the charges being dismissed.
